DESCRIPTION: Villa Shavilla is a
private honeymoon villa located between Kalkan Patara Yalı and Fırnaz locality,
located in nature, with a fully sheltered pool. Our villa, which has a
comfortable interior, is located against a magnificent view . There is a
bedroom and a bathroom in our villa. The first bedroom has a double bed, air
conditioning, bathroom, jacuzzi and indoor pool. There is a kitchen, air
conditioning and television in the living room. Being in nature and
approximately 11 km from the center of Kalkan. Due to its distance, it appeals
to our guests who want to spend a quiet and calm holiday accompanied by a
magnificent view.
1. BEDROOM : There is 1 double bed,
wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom.
LIVING ROOM: In the living room, which
has an exit to the pool terrace, there is a seating group, television, air
conditioning, washbasin, WC .
KITCHEN : In the modern American
kitchen downstairs, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine,
built-in oven, built-in microwave oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric
kettle, toaster, coffee machine, water dispenser, dining table, dinner set for
6 people. and all other kitchen utensils.
GARDEN: There are sun loungers, parasols,
table tennis, sitting group, barbecue, dining table and chairs.
INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi.
Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 500₺ cleaning fee.
NOTE : In terms of its geographical
structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas in
Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some villas can be accessed by
stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
