EXPLANATION : Villa
Relax offers a unique environment for our guests who want to have a holiday in
a quiet and calm location surrounded by the chirping of birds. The garden and
pool of our stone villa, whose construction was completed in May 2021, are
protected from the outside. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has an
accommodation capacity of 5 people.
1. BEDROOM: There is 1 double bed, air
conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom and toilet.
2. BEDROOM: There are 3 single beds,
air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom and toilet.
HALL: There is a sitting group, TV, air
conditioning.
KITCHEN : There is a refrigerator,
washing machine, oven, stove, tea maker, coffee machine, dinnerware, cutlery,
pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool,
sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, barbecue, a small camellia.
INTERNET: Our suite has Wi -Fi.
Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas and
apartments that are intertwined with nature . Despite all the precautions,
there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to
be found. We do not guarantee
100% visibility in our villas and apartments with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 3000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa or apartment.
NOTE : For stays of 6 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 2000₺ cleaning fee.
