DESCRIPTION: Villa Maya is only 5 km away from the world-famous Ölüdeniz beach in Fethiye Ölüdeniz. Our centrally located villa has an extremely luxurious and modern design, and consists of 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 people. One of our bedrooms is on the ground floor.

Right next to this villa is our villa named Villa Zeyno, which has the same concept and architecture. Guests who want to rent more than one house or have a large family group can also examine our other villa.

1.BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2.BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, TV, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3.BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

4.BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, jacuzzi, TV, bathroom and toilet.

5.BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group, 2 armchairs, coffee table, dining table, TV, air conditioning. (Shared WC)

KITCHEN: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, tea maker, Turkish coffee machine, dinner set, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment in the modern American kitchen.

GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, seating group and barbecue.

INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and occasional sudden loads, problems may occur with the internet connection. Internet usage; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessible.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly disinfected. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 5,000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

NOTE: Reservations are accepted for an extra 4000₺ cleaning fee for stays of 5 nights or less.e for stays of 5 nights or less.
