DESCRIPTION : Villa Magnolia ; It is
located in Kaş Gökseki area. Our villa, which hosts panoramic sea and nature
views at the same time, has an authentic architecture. Each room has air
conditioning. It is a holiday villa for large families to stay comfortably.
1. BEDROOM : There is a double bed,
wardrobe, bathroom, air conditioner.
2. BEDROOM : There are 2 single beds,
wardrobe, shared bathroom, air conditioning.
3. BEDROOM : Double bed, wardrobe,
shared bathroom, air conditioning.
HALL: There is a sitting group, TV,
dining table, air conditioning.
KITCHEN : The modern American
kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware,
cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool,
sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private barbecue.
INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi.
Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and from time to time sudden loads. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 3000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 1000TL cleaning fee.
NOTE : An extra 3000 TL damage deposit is
required from our guests who want to stay with pets.
