DESCRIPTION: Villa Lina; Our villa located in the Fethiye Çalıca Zincilikavak region will be a good choice for nuclear families and honeymoon couples with its proximity to the center and calm environment. Our villa has a capacity of 4 people with 2 bedrooms.


1st BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, bathroom, air conditioning, jacuzzi.


2nd BEDROOM: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bathroom, air conditioning.


LIVING ROOM: There is a seating area, TV, dining table, air conditioning.


KITCHEN: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment in the modern American kitchen.


GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun lounger, umbrella, seating area, private barbecue.


INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with internet connection. Internet usage; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas, which are intertwined with nature, are regularly sprayed. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.


DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 2000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.


NOTE: Reservations are accepted for an extra 1500 TL cleaning fee for accommodations of 5 nights or less.
