DESCRIPTION: Our
stone house located in Kalkan Yalı is a decent house with magnificent sea and
nature views. Our stone house, designed with a rustic architectural
understanding, has 2 bedrooms and provides accommodation for up to 4 people .
The pool and garden area are designed in such a way that they cannot be seen
from the outside. You can spend time secluded with your loved ones in its
garden and pool, and enjoy the magnificent beaches and coves in the immediate
vicinity. Our house is at the service of our guests with your families or
groups of friends.

LIVING ROOM: In the
living room, which has an exit to the pool terrace, there is a seating group,

modern American kitchen downstairs, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher,
washing machine, built-in oven, built-in microwave oven, built-in 4-burner
stove, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, water dispenser, dining table,
dinner set for 6 people. and all other kitchen utensils.
GARDEN: There
are sun loungers, parasols, table tennis, sitting group, barbecue, dining table
and chairs.
INTERNET: The
villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the
infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using
Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We
do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 1500 TL is required at the entrance. If there
are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the
exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 1000₺ cleaning
fee.
NOTE : In
terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope.
To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some
villas can be accessed by stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
