BACKING : Villa North ; It is
located in Kas Kiziltas area. Our centrally located villa meets all your needs.
It consists of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 9 people. Each room has a unique
sea view. Apart from your private swimming pool, there is also a children's swimming
area. It is an extremely good option for large groups of friends and large
families.

bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, jacuzzi, bathroom and wc .

KITCHEN : The modern American
kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware,
cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool,
sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group and barbecue.
INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi.
Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a possibility
of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 3000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 7 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 1000TL cleaning fee.
NOTE : The price of our villa varies
according to the current exchange rate calendar. In case of reservation, the
current exchange rate pricing of that day will be calculated and price
information will be given.
