villa is located in the center of Fethiye and in Çiftlik, which is known for
its location in nature. It offers an extraordinary experience to its guests
with its proximity to beaches such as Calis beach and Akmaz Bay and the endless
peace it gives you when you retreat to your home .

toilet.

LIVING ROOM : There
is a seating group, air conditioning, dining table, TV.
KITCHEN : Our
kitchen, which has a modern structure, offers you all kitchen tools such as
refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, tea and coffee machine, kettle, pots
and pans.
GARDEN : There
is a camellia and a barbecue for you in our large garden.
INTERNET: There is Wi -Fi
in the villa . Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure
of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media,
e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We
do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 1,500 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 7 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 1,000₺
cleaning fee.
