DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 3000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 2000 TL cleaning fee.
NOTE : In terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings , it is uphill and some villas can be accessed by stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
NOTE: For those who want a heating pool, an extra 750TL per day (it may change depending on the period) is charged. In order for the water to reach sufficient heat, information should be given within 3 days at the latest before entering the villa.
