DESCRIPTION: Villa Climate is our 1
bedroom, 1 bathroom honeymoon villa with private pool, built as a bungalow
style wooden villa for couples who want to spend their honeymoon in the calm
and peaceful nature in Bayındır Village of Kaş or for couples planning a
romantic holiday. Our villa, which has a private sheltered pool, has the
details you need for a holiday with its fully equipped kitchen. Our villa is 7
km from Kas and 5 km from the beaches.
1. BEDROOM : There is a double bed,
wardrobe, bathroom, air conditioner.
LIVING ROOM: There is a seating group,
TV, mini bookcase, air conditioning.
KITCHEN : The modern American
kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware,
cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool,
sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private barbecue.
INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi.
Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 3000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 7 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 2000TL cleaning fee.
