Villas are located in the town of Seydikemer, 25 km from Fethiye region. The
complex structure consisting of 16 villas appeals to family members of 4
people. It is the place preferred by those who want to have a quiet and calm
holiday, being in nature away from the city. They are sheltered villas where
conservative nuclear families can vacation. It will provide you with a pleasant
holiday with its jacuzzi at the poolside in its garden.
1.BEDROOM : There is a
double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, bathroom and wc .
2.BEDROOM : There are 2
single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and wc .
HALL: There
is a seating group, dining table, TV, air conditioning.
KITCHEN : The
modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine,
dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There is a
private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, jacuzzi , sitting group and
barbecue.
INTERNET: The
villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the
infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet;
social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a
possibility of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 7 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 600₺ cleaning
fee.
