terrace, is also ideal for our guests who want a conservative villa. Gala, a
villa suitable for accommodation in winter, has an indoor heated swimming pool.

Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a possibility
of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance. If
there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : Heating of the indoor pool can be
used for an extra 500 TL per night. Heating of the indoor pool between November
1st and May 1st is included in the prices.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 1000TL cleaning fee.
NOTE : In terms of its geographical
structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas in
Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some villas can be accessed by
stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
