Violet; It is a villa with magnificent sea and nature views, built with wooden
design, located in the Islamlar Village of Kalkan. Our villa has a comfortable
and stylish sitting group. Its interior is clean and spacious looking and it is
intertwined with nature outdoors.
1. BEDROOM : There
is 1 double bed, wardrobe, LCD TV, bedside table, hair dryer, air conditioner,
bathroom and toilet. The bathroom has a hydromassage shower cabin.
HALL: There are dining
table and chairs for 4 people, television, satellite receiver, DVD, air
conditioning, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, wc . There is an exit to the
pool terrace.
KITCHEN : Modern
American Kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, 4-burner stove,
oven , electric kettle , pots, pans, dinnerware for 2 people, cutlery, tea,
coffee and water glasses are available.
GARDEN: There
is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private
barbecue.
INTERNET: The
villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the
infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using
Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies,
insects, flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not
guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 2000TL is required at the entrance. If there
are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the
exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 1000TL
cleaning fee.
NOTE : In
terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope.
To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some
villas can be accessed by stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
