DESCRIPTION: Villa
Eco Magnolia; It is one of the 9 wooden villas located in Kalkan Kızıltaş. As
indicated in the pictures, the villas are in three rows and three columns, with
one villa not blocking the magnificent view of the other villas. Thus, the
villas have a magnificent view of Kalkan. Our villa with a capacity of 4 people
has 2 bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom in each room.

1. BEDROOM: There is a
Double Suite Bed, Air Conditioner, Wardrobe, Make-up Mirror and Cabinet, Cinema
System, WC & Bathroom.
2. BEDROOM : There are 2
single beds, air conditioning, dressing closet, make-up mirror and cupboard,
cinema system, WC & Bathroom.
LIVING ROOM: There
is a seating group, TV, mini bookcase, air conditioning.
KITCHEN : The
modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine,
dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There
is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, private
barbecue.
INTERNET: The
villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the
infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using
Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a
possibility of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance. If there
are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at
the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 1000₺ cleaning
fee.
NOTE : In
terms of its geographical structure, Kalkan is a settlement built on a slope.
To reach all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings, it is uphill and some
villas can be accessed by stabilized roads of 300-400 meters.
