DESCRIPTION: Our villa is located in Kalkan İslamlar area. It is modern and luxurious and every detail has been considered, even the smallest detail. It has 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 6 people. If you want, you can request an additional bed and use it for 8 people. We also have a children's pool.

GARDEN: There are sun loungers, sun umbrellas, barbecue, shower, garden swing, table and chairs.

MPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, sanitation etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are surrounded by nature, are sprayed regularly. Despite all precautions, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of presence. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damage, broken, broken, etc. A deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is refunded when you leave the villa.
NOTE: For stays of 7 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 3000₺ cleaning fee.
