Cape House, located in Kaş Peninsula, is among our rental villas with its
unique seafront view. Our summer villa, which is decorated in a modern and
comfortable way, has 5 bedrooms and provides accommodation for 10 people . 4 of
the bedrooms are located in the main building and 1 of them is located on the
pool floor. So the entrance is separate. Large family groups and large groups
of friends can be accommodated comfortably. On the pool terrace of our spacious
and well-equipped rental villa, you can enjoy breakfast and barbecue with your
loved ones against the unique sea view, and have fun as you wish. You can go
down the stairs from the pool terrace and use only the concrete platform beach
that belongs to our building. No one else can use this beach. You can choose

There is Wi -Fi in the villa . Internet connection problems may
occur due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to
time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are
easily accessed.
IMPORTANT
INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in
the rental price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning,
extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the
prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done
regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects,
flies etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE
DEPOSIT: Damaged, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 20.000 TL is
required at the entrance. If there is no problem such as broken, lost or
damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE: The prices of our villas may vary according to the current exchange rate calendar. In case of reservation, price information will be given by calculating the current exchange rate pricing of that day.
