DESCRIPTION: Villa Bora is a new villa located in the Agullu area of Kas, completed in 2023. It attracts attention with both its exterior and interior architecture. Villa Bora has a magnificent natural view. Our villa has an accommodation capacity of 5 people and opens the doors of a pleasant holiday for nuclear families and honeymoon couples. Villa Bora has been designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. It is a villa that can be preferred by those who want to have a peaceful holiday in silence and calmness.
1st BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, dressing table, balcony, jacuzzi and bathroom/WC.
2nd BEDROOM: There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, dressing table, balcony, bathroom/WC.
3rd BEDROOM: There is a double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, baby bed, high chair.
LIVING ROOM: There is a comfortable seating group, coffee table, TV, air conditioning, dining table for 6 people in Villa Bora's modern living room.
KITCHEN: There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, dinner set, cutlery set, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment in the modern American kitchen.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun lounger umbrella, dining table for 6 people, drop swing and stone berbeku.
INTERNET: There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection. Internet usage; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites can be easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. No external fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health insurance etc. are not included in the prices. All our villas that are intertwined with nature are regularly disinfected. Despite all precautions, there is a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the surroundings. We definitely do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A deposit of 2000 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, breakage, etc. If there are no problems such as breakage, loss or damage, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE: Reservations are accepted for an extra 2000₺ cleaning fee for accommodations of 7 nights or less.
NOTE: An extra 3000₺ fee is requested for accommodations of more than 5 people, including children and babies.
