DESCRIPTION: Our villa is in the Ovacık neighborhood of Fethiye and is 5.5 km away Ölüdeniz beach. The pool of our villa. Which is centrally located, is quite sheltered. It is in a location where you can easily reach all the activites you want to do in Fethiye. Since our house is located in the Ovacık area, it has a cooler climate comjpared to the center of Fethiye. It is an extremely good option for conservative honeymoon couples.
NOTE : Our villa's pool has a salt system. Thus, the natural disinfectant properties of salt are utilized.
NOTE : Our villa is surrounded by trees on 3 sides and can be protected with a curtain system. If we have a guest who requests it, the other 1 side can be protected with a curtain system.
NOTE : Villa Boho Mia and Villa Boho Loft are located next to this villa. If there is availability in their calendars, the villas can be rented at the same time.
1.BEDROOM : There is a double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, bathroom and wc .
2.BEDROOM : There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and wc .
HALL: There is a seating group, dining table, TV, air conditioning.
KITCHEN : The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group and barbecue.
INTERNET: The villa has Wi -Fi. Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 10.000 TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 7 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 7.500₺ cleaning fee.
