DESCRIPTION: Villa Belcehan İncir ; It is located in Kayaköy region , one of the historical places of Muğla Fethiye . It is one of our villas that attracts attention with its modern structure. It consists of 4 villas with the same concept and architecture. Our villas have been made conservative by closing them with walls and fences . It is among the villas preferred by honeymooners and nuclear families.
On the side of this villa, there are Villa Belcehan Limon, Villa Belcehan Zeytin and Villa Belcehan Yasemin. You can rent the villas at the same time if there is availability on their calendar.
1. BEDROOM : There is a double bed, wardrobe,
bedside table, Bathroom - WC .
2. BEDROOM : There are 2 single beds, wardrobe,
bedside table, Bathroom - WC .
HALL: There is a seating group, dining table,
TV, air conditioning.
KITCHEN: In the modern American kitchen, there
is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dinnerware, cutlery set, pots,
pans, glasses and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun
loungers, umbrellas, sitting group and barbecue.
INTERNET: There is Wi -Fi in the villa .
Internet connection problems may occur due to the infrastructure of the region
and sudden loads from time to time. Using Internet; social media, e-mails,
newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas
fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee is
required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is
not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT Damage , broken, spilled, etc. A
deposit of 3000 TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems such
as broken , lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE: For stays of 7 nights or less,
reservations are accepted for an extra 3000₺ cleaning fee.
NOTE: The colors of furniture/items may vary in
our 11 villas with the same design, square meter and feature. In case of any
disruption or prolongation of the cleaning process during your check-in, your
reservation can be taken to another villa with a one-to-one feature available
at the same location within the facility.
