EXPLANATION : Our villa, located in Kayaköy, a district of Fethiye district of Muğla, offers holiday lovers a wonderful atmosphere away from the city and intertwined with nature with its historical texture, old Greek houses and local flavors . Villa Aura Kaya opens its doors to you with an accommodation capacity of 4 people. Kayaköy is one of the first places to be preferred for a quiet , peaceful holiday .
Villa Ünlü and Villa Cihangir next to this villa is located. In case of availability on the calendars, you can rent at the same time for large families or groups of friends.

HALL : There is a seating group, dining table, TV and air conditioning.
KITCHEN: There is a modern stylish American kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, dinnerware and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers , umbrellas, dining table and table football.
INTERNET: There is wifi. From time to time, problems with the internet connection may occur due to sudden downloads. internet use; social media, e-mails, newspapers and news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. We do not guarantee 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged, broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 4000TL is required at the entrance. If there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra 2500₺ cleaning fee.
