district of Fethiye district of Muğla , offers holiday lovers a wonderful
atmosphere away from the city and intertwined with nature with its historical
texture, old Greek houses and local flavors . Villa Aspendia opens its doors to
you with an accommodation capacity of 4 people. Kayaköy is one of the first
places that can be preferred for a quiet, peaceful holiday .

1. BEDROOM: There
is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, shower, WC , Jacuzzi and sauna.
2.BEDROOM : There are 2
single beds, WC + shower, air conditioning.
HALL : There
is a seating group, TV and air conditioning.
KITCHEN: There is a
modern stylish American kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher,
dinnerware and other kitchen equipment.
GARDEN: Private
swimming pool, sun loungers , swings, umbrellas, dining table. table tennis,l
there is an angler .
INTERNET: There
is wifi. From time to time, there may be problems with the internet connection
due to sudden downloads. internet use; social media, e-mails, newspapers and
news sites are easily accessed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Electricity,
water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. No external fee
is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, health etc. Insurance
is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are intertwined with
nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite all the precautions, there are no
butterflies, insects, flies etc. in the environment. We do not guarantee 100%
visibility in our villas with sheltered pools .
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: Damaged,
broken, spilled, etc. A deposit of 750 TL is required at the entrance . If
there are no problems such as broken, lost or damaged, the deposit is returned
at the exit of the villa.
NOTE : For
stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra cleaning fee
of 300₺.
